I wouldn't trust my Mercedes with anyone other than Patrick and his techs at MB - always fair, reasonable, thorough, and honest.

I am pleased with the service and there were no hard selling or hype. MB Automotive simply fixed my vehicle. I came to them for a second opinion after a dealership tried to hard sell a $1500 installation. I want a honest place I can take my car and MB Automotive earned a customer.

The stereo amplifier inside my BMW was experiencing some distortion due to the fact that it was getting wet from rain water that was entering my car through the back tail light. MB Automotive saved me several hundreds of dollars by being thorough in there review/assessement of the issue. I had first taken my car to BMW where I was simply advised to buy a new amplifer ($1400 part only) without being advised as to what the underlying issue was. If I had done that I would've spent close to $2k on something that wasn't necessary & I still would've had the same issue. I feel that Patrick & Ime (sp?) were knowledgeable and easy to work with. They even advised of the oil leak that I had which BMW should've already addressed since my car had just been in for maintenance. I would definitely recommend MB Automotive to anyone. If fact, I already have. :-)

MB Automotive Services has been servicing my BMW for over three years now. I have never had an issue with overpricing, bad service, or anything negative. They are prompt, professional, courtesy and reasonable. They always inform me of when service is do and follow-up according. They are the absolute best in the area. I highly recommend them and I have referred many professionals to this establishment.
