In a word, exceptional. I am an automotive enthusiast who has spent 20+ years working on my own vehicles. I am now coming to the point that I don't enjoy it as much anymore, so I sought a competent and honest shop that could do the work for me. This shop was referred to me by another MB owner, who I knew was also very meticulous and knowledgeable. I met Imal and told him that my car had a few issues I would like him to remedy. He quickly understood my understanding of vehicles and explained to me the likely issues I was having. It was clear to me that he had an intricate knowledge of the M278 engine in my vehicle; that kind of knowledge is extremely rare out side of the MB dealership. I contracted all of the work with him, and he did a flawless job. Beyond that, he provided me with a loaner car to use while he had my vehicle for the 2 days. Since he knew I cared, he showed me the old parts he had removed and the issues these parts had. The quality of work is 10/10. Imal's knowledge and professionalism is 10/10.
