I have a 2017 MB GLA 250 and have been coming here for servicing since January of 2017. Although I do not have a lot of knowledge about cars, I do think that Imal and Patrick are honest with their suggestions. I just got an oil change yesterday and it looks like if I subtract the cost of labor, the price is comparable to what I would have paid to do an oil change MYSELF, even though I would never in my right mind consider doing that. So the price is fair. As someone else mentioned, the dealer is helpful for repairs when your car is still under warranty. I also appreciate the dealer's complimentary roadside assistance and the complimentary car washes that the Bethesda dealer offers. I will go to the Germantown dealer if necessary. They quoted that service As are around $400 and service Bs are around $600. MB Auto's prices have been either comparable or significantly less. In February of 2019, I hit a curb with my tire and the dealer wanted to replace the tire for at least a few hundred dollars. Patrick suggested patching it for only around $50. So I saved myself a lot of money there.
